HOW IT WORKS
Send in your booking request
Choose the day and time available. We will pre-authorise the payment which will only be charged after the booking is confirmed.
Wait for booking confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your booking. If the requested date or time are not available, we will propose alternatives.
How the payment is made
We only charge the fee after you have received the booking confirmation.
Reminder email
The day before the experience, you'll receive an email reminder with all the booking details.

Yes you can, according to the terms of cancellation.
You have up to 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Under 24 hours, you will be reimbursed 50% of the cost.
You can manage your booking directly from the link in the confirmation email.
In this case you will receive an e-mail where we will propose alternative times and dates.
If they do not meet your requirements then the pre-authorisation of the payment will be cancelled and we will not charge you.
You may choose to cancel your booking according to the cancellation terms or we can propose an indoor alternative.

Yes, your four-legged friend is welcome, but please note that it will not be allowed into the cellar for hygiene reasons.
